Returns & Cancellations Policy
Due to the deeply personal and irreplaceable nature of memorial keepsakes, we are unable to offer returns or refunds once the creation process has commenced. When your keepsake enters production, your loved one’s remains are permanently encapsulated within the chosen memorial piece and cannot be removed from the preservation materials.
For this reason, refunds cannot be issued once your keepsake is in progress. If you have any concerns or need to cancel your order before creation begins, please contact us as soon as possible via email so we can assist you with care and understanding. -
Making an order is the start of the process of having your loved ones memorial piece made, Once you place an our we will send you an email with a postage label for you to take to your local AusPost Office to have your precious loved ones remains sent to us.
Please allow 2-8 weeks from the date your keepsakes are confirmed as received for your piece to be lovingly created and completed. This timeframe ensures each item is crafted with the patience, precision, and care it deserves.
