  • Returns & Cancellations Policy

    Due to the deeply personal and irreplaceable nature of memorial keepsakes, we are unable to offer returns or refunds once the creation process has commenced. When your keepsake enters production, your loved one’s remains are permanently encapsulated within the chosen memorial piece and cannot be removed from the preservation materials.

    For this reason, refunds cannot be issued once your keepsake is in progress. If you have any concerns or need to cancel your order before creation begins, please contact us as soon as possible via email so we can assist you with care and understanding.

  • All arrangements are made after a discussion with us regarding your wishes for you special keepsake or memorabilia, We will discuss your items of interest as well as your inclusions followed with a quote and confirming the arrangements before we send you an invoice, Once your payment has been received successfully this gives us the reassurances that all the booking confirmation details are correct.

    Once your order has been through our Quality assurance process, we will carefully pack your order and it will be posted to you via AusPost, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the AusPost site.
