Materials + Care
Your precious memorabila I make with love and care will require you to send us a small amount of your loved ones remains of your choice via Aus Post, shortly after you place your order, you will receive an email with a package label to print, we recommend you see your local Australia Post Office to help you package your precious loved ones remains as safely as possible.
I will communicate with your through the stages of the process of when your precious keepsake remains arrive through the process and to the final stages of making your they arrive home safely.
Your keepsake will be safely and securely packaged in a beautiful box and carefully packaged within soft biodegradable protective foam. These form pieces can safely be washed away with water.
I am always here to support you if you ever need any assistance with your jewellery. I provide ongoing support for the life of your jewellery and a free compliment care package including care instructions and polishing cloth to keep your precious jewellery shiny.
Shipping + Returns
Returns & Cancellations Policy
Due to the deeply personal and irreplaceable nature of memorial keepsakes, we are unable to offer returns or refunds once the creation process has commenced. When your keepsake enters production, your loved one's remains are permanently encapsulated within the chosen memorial piece and cannot be removed from the preservation materials.
For this reason, refunds cannot be issued once your keepsake is in progress. If you have any concerns or need to cancel your order before creation begins, please contact us as soon as possible via email so we can assist you with care and understanding.
